As of June 1, 2023, we've made changes to our shipping fees to meet the continued increase in global shipping rates, whilst still being able to provide you with more choice to shopping and securing your BH.

We aim to pick, pack and process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and high demand product drops. During major sale periods it may take up to 10 days for dispatch.

NOTE 📣 Delivery times during sales such as EOFY and Black Friday change. Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch prior to the below timeframes. Read our FAQs for more information.

**All orders are set to ‘Authority to Leave’, unless there is no safe place, in which case the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready for collection (we aim for next-day pick up. During high-demand periods such as sales this will be longer).

PLEASE NOTE: You have 14 days to pick up your click and collect order. If you order has not been collected by this time our customer service team will be in touch to either arrange delivery at your cost or cancel your order for store credit. Our Exchanges and Returns policy timelines apply to click and collect orders from the time of purchase not the time of collection. Failure to respond to our customer service team will result in an order forfeit.

*We no longer offer an Express Shipping option for international addresses, regardless of country.
*Shipping timeframes are advised by freight carriers and are estimates only. Delays in processing, customs and delivery are subject to international shipping processes. Once the package arrives in your country, it is transferred over to your local postal service and is not the responsibility of Beau Hudson. 

Please note all customs, duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the sizing or style you have selected is not quite right, we offer a 30-days return period for Australian customers and 45-days for International orders.

110% Store Credit Return

We want you to love your Beau Hudson styles as much as we love creating them! You can return full priced items within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a 110% Store Credit to spend at beauhudson.co instead of an exchange or refund. Example: if you spent $100 on an item you want to return, you will receive a store credit (gift card) for $110 in exchange. Please note, items still have to be in their original sellable condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all garment tags attached. 

Return Shipping

We recommend that your return item(s) are done via a trackable postage method. Beau Hudson will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. Once we receive your item(s), we will work as quick as we can to organise your exchange or refund and get in touch.  

All items (unless perceived faulty) are to be returned in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please note, we do not have to accept "change of mind" items under the ACCC as the Consumer Guarantee.

Stockists

Beau Hudson products purchased through external stockists, are in line with the stockist’s purchase policy and therefore can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
