FAQ

Do you exchange?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We can exchange sizes if needed, provided that we have the size you request in stock. We do not exchange sale items. Please see our exchange policy under 'Terms'. Please apply for an exchange no longer than 30 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. 

Changing your order...

Due to the high volume of orders that come in, we are not able to take any emails or requests to combine orders, change orders, or edit them.  Any requests to do this will be declined. Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address has be submitted and we have not had time to change it before it ships.

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to get orders out within 2-5 business days. Our maximum turn around time to get orders out is 10 business days however we only need to maximise this turn around time during a Sale or Restock when we receive a higher volume of orders.

Please only email us to checkup on your order status IF you have not received an email notification to say your package has been sent after the 10 business days. This allows us to concentrate on getting orders out as fast as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide! We use DHL, however once your package arrives to the country of destination it will transfer over to the local postal service. For example for US residents it will transfer to USPS. Packages are subject to the customs/duties of each country.

How do I track my order? (International Orders)

Your order number is also your tracking number. EG: AUBHU#00000 Please remember to include all letters, symbols and numbers when tracking your package. We use DHL to ship packages however once your package arrives in your country, DHL hands it over to your local postal service and a secondary tracking number will be activated.

Can I purchase using my home country currency?

You will be able to view product prices in your own currency however, all sales are processed in Australian dollars at the checkout. You will find that what is deducted from your bank account is the amount in your own currency. 

Will my package include tracking?

Shipping costs now include tracking on every package. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If you package does not arrive on time please follow this up with your local postal service. Signature upon delivery is required. This has been put in place to ensure packages arrive to the correct person and don't go missing. 

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia you should allow approximately between 3-7 business days. For International shipping please allow up to 2 weeks on average [can be up to 21 days on rare occasions]. And Canada please allow 3-4 weeks. Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions of your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. These circumstance are completely out of our control.
