We aim to pick, pack and process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand/sale periods). During a sale or new product drop, allow a max. 10 business days for your order to be processed. For Australian orders, we now offer options in standard and express shipping. For International customers, your order is shipped using a standard service and has an estimated delivery period of 8-10 business days* depending on destination. Please allow additional days during holiday periods.

We sure do! Once your package arrives to the country of destination it will transfer over to the local postal service. E.g. USA residents will see it transferred to USPS.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery by clicking the link in that email, through Australia Post parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App.

Once your order has been dispatched, we accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

We use Australia Post to ship packages however once your package arrives in your country, Australia Post hands it over to your local postal service and a secondary tracking number will be activated. Click here to track an order with Australia Post.

Packages and their contents are subject to the customs laws of each country, and any duties and tax charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees, and Beau Hudson are not liable for any customs and duties fees.

You have 14 days to pick up your click and collect order. If you order has not been collected by this time our customer service team will be in touch to either arrange delivery at your cost or cancel your order for store credit. Our Exchanges and Returns policy timelines apply to click and collect orders from the time of purchase not the time of collection. Failure to respond to our customer service team will result in an order forfeit.


We do not exchange, return or refund FINAL SALE items; they are all final sales, so please ensure all terms and sizing information is read prior to purchasing.

Only one code can be used at any given time. Codes are not valid in conjunction with any other code (including Club Beau rewards).

Gift Card numbers are separate and can be used alongside a promotional code or Club Beau code. Gift Card numbers are to be entered in the designated area upon checkout.

Codes cannot be retrospectively applied.

Step 1: Log in via your account on the top right corner (desktop) or in our drop down menu (mobile).

Step 2: If you have a coupon to redeem, it will show up as $$ to add to redeem. Alternatively, you can redeem at a checkout level.

Step 3: Click "redeem" to apply code to your cart (it will also be emailed to you).

Step 4: Get shopping! Your code will then appear in your cart (if not copy and paste).

Active Club Beau members receive 1 point for every $1 spent when they shop online.

Club Beau points are redeemable in the form of coupon codes to the value of $10 (100 points accrued with a minimum spend of $40), $20 (200 points accrued with a minimum spend of $70) or $30 (300 points accrued with a minimum spend of $100), $40 (400 points accrued with a minimum spend of $125 or more) and $50 (500 points accrued with a minimum spend of $200). Each coupon code is a unique code that starts with "CB" and is for use at the time of checkout.

Points can not be retrospectively added for past purchases whereby an account isn't active, set up or not logged in prior to placing an order.

Club Beau points and codes cannot be combined for a higher value or used in conjunction with any other promotional code.

Please note: Points expire if your account is dormant for 6 months. For any orders before 1st February 2023 points cannot be added whereby an order was placed without logging in to your account.


We offer 30 days for Australian orders (and 45 days for international orders) from date of delivery. You can view full terms on our Returns + Exchanges Page.

Items purchased in a seasonal sale or a flash sale are eligible for Store Credit and exchanges within the returns and exchanges timeframe. Any items purchased from the SALE tab of the website which are listed as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges at any time. We do not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for any item purchased on sale, final sale or outlet. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.

Essentially FINAL SALE means exactly that. It is a final sale item that we won't be restocking or bringing back. Therefore it's an end of line item and falls inline with our terms and conditions policies of no exchanges, returns or refunds on final sale items. Please ensure you pick the right size and read about the product before purchasing!

We try our very best to give enough information on sizing (you can refer to each item's size chart on the product page), however, we understand it might not be quite right for you. If so, we will happily exchange the item, recommend another option or provide you with a 100% Store Credit.

We hardly ever miss a little sneaky fault that can fly under our radar. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 90 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. Just email us here
