We use StarTack priority delivery, which is an express service for all orders within Australia. Once shipped, Australian orders will take 24-48 hours to arrive at your door. All orders are set to ‘Authority to Leave’, unless there is no safe place, in which case the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

You can now opt for local pick-up at checkout. This is a free service for local customers to collect their orders from our Gold Coast warehouse store. This is located at 2/7 Gateway Ct, Coomera 4209. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready for collection (we aim for next-day pick up. During high-demand periods such as sales this will be longer). 

Please note: If you select this option and don't live locally, we will send you an invoice for standard shipping (if order is below $120). Should the invoice not be paid for within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

If the sizing or style you have selected is not quite right, you have 30 days to send back your item for an exchange, store credit (110%) or return. Simply follow these easy steps:

    1. Fill out our returns form here.
    2. Post the item(s) you are returning back to us. Please note: the cost to return is at the customer's expense.
    3. The returned item(s) must be received in their original sellable condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all garment tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange. If the item is perceived faulty, we will follow our internal two-step QC process before deeming it faulty and contact you with next steps.
    4. Beau Hudson reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet our Return and Exchange conditions.

    Return Shipping

    We recommend that your return item(s) are done via a trackable postage method. Beau Hudson will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us via your choice of delivery method. Once we receive your item(s), we will be in touch. Please allow us 2 to 5 business days to process your return.

    All items (unless perceived faulty) are to be returned in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. We do not have to accept "change of mind" items under the ACCC as the Consumer Guarantee.

    Stockists

    Beau Hudson products purchased through external stockists, are in line with the stockist’s purchase policy and therefore can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
