SHIPPING

Sale Shipping Time Frames 

Our shipping timeframes change during peak periods such as new collection drops and sale periods (Mid Season Sale, Afterpay Day, Black Friday, Boxing Day etc.). Due to a larger than normal volume of orders being processed, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be picked and packed, prior to it being shipped.  

PO Box and Parcel Lockers

Please note all parcels with a PO Box Address or a Parcel Locker address will be handed over to Australia Post and will come under their shipping timeframes. Please follow up with your local post office for the shipping timeframe in your local area. 

Additional Shipping Information

We want nothing more than for you to receive your order ASAP and are always working with our postal companies to provide the best service possible to you! Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to packages once they are with the postal service as they are completely out of our control.

For our amazing international customers – if you think your package is taking a little longer than normal to arrive the fastest way to chase it up is by contacting your local postal office with your tracking details.

The postal system processes a high volume of packages all year round and especially during the holiday seasons, and while most orders arrive within the postal service timeframe, some packages can be delayed. The weather can also delay packages. Both of these occurrences are completely out of our control. 

All Standard Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and express parcels are sent via StarTrack and are labelled with 'Authority To Leave' which enables us to get your package to you as soon as possible. StarTrack Couriers will leave your package in the safest place possible and this can be tracked by GPS. In the circumstance of there being no safe place to leave packages, StarTrack will leave a pick-up slip in your letter box or under your door. Your package will be taken to your closest post office for you to collect.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Order must total the advertised spend threshold or more after any discount codes or vouchers have been applied to redeem free gift. Item must be redeemed via cart and will not be automatically added for you. If the item is not added, the order will not be shipped with free gift. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Should any item(s) in order be returned or exchanged for a lesser value, free gift must also be returned. Valid whilst stocks last and subject to change at any given time.

PROMOTIONAL SALES

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering.

Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All ‘final sale’ items and ‘outlet’ purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes on any ‘final sale’, ‘clearance’ or ‘outlet’ items. We do offer exchanges, refunds and returns for Promotional Sales items providing they are in original sellable condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all garment tags attached.

Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.

Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders can be amended to reflect the sale price should the order have been placed outside of the sale timeframe (on either end of start and finish). 

If the sale requires a code and it is not entered at time of checkout, we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed. 

We cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it.

If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale.

Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used.

Free shipping^ prices may change during a sale. 

Shipping timeframes change during sale periods due to a larger than normal volume of orders. Please allow a max. 10 days for your order to be picked and packed, prior to us shipping it out.

FINAL SALE & END OF SEASON CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items will stay on sale and may be further reduced until sold out, therefore we cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available as these items are not being restocked. 

Returns, exchanges or refunds are not available on any final sale, clearance or outlet item.

OUTLET ITEMS

No returns, exchanges or refunds on outlet items. They have been reduced to sell due to imperfections, which are noted on the product description for buyer awareness, so please ensure you read all descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. By purchasing an outlet item, you accept these sale terms and the condition in which the item is being sold in. 

All items are still our amazing products, however as we aim to only deliver you the best quality we’ve become known for, if there is a minor flaw in any of our products, we won’t sell them at full price.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Only one code can be used in any one transaction.  No club Beau rewards or points can be redeemed in conjunction. 

Please note that only one discount code per transaction can be accepted. Gift Cards are able to be used in conjunction as the checkout considered this a form of payment. 

If a code is required to be entered during a sale, and is not entered, we are not able to credit the difference. Please check carefully that the code is entered correctly and comes off your order prior to checkout in the total section. 

If a code is not entered at the checkout, we can not amend the order after the sale has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

We hardly ever miss a little sneaky fault that can fly under our radar. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 90 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. Just email us here

CHANGING ORDERS

Due to the large volume of orders we process, we unfortunately are not able to change any details on order forms. We cannot add quantities, change sizes or combine orders. 

POSTAL ADDRESSES

Please ensure you have listed the correct postal address before you checkout and pay. Once orders are submitted we cannot guarantee that any changes to postal address will be processed before your order leaves our warehouse. Please check every detail of your address before you complete your order. Once your order has been posted with the address you have listed, we accept no responsibility for packages being sent to the wrong address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please take into consideration the customs and duties taxes of your country that can be applied to your package in order for you to collect your package. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CLICK AND COLLECT

You have 14 days to pick up your click and collect order. If you order has not been collected by this time our customer service team will be in touch to either arrange delivery at your cost or cancel your order for store credit. Our Exchanges and Returns policy timelines apply to click and collect orders from the time of purchase not the time of collection. Failure to respond to our customer service team will result in an order forfeit.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for unclaimed packages. If packages are unclaimed and are returned to us we are happy to repost it once the original package returns to us however the postage fee will be required to be paid. *Please note that international packages that are returned to us can take up to 8 weeks to arrive back to us. We will not issue a refund for these packages and do not accept any responsibility if they do not arrive back to us.  Should you wish the package to be resent, there will be a postage and handling fee of AUD$20 payable before the package is resent to you.

Australian packages that are unclaimed incur a pick up fee for us to claim them back off Star Track of AUD$8. This fee will be required to be paid as well as our flat rate postage fee of AUD$10 before your package is resent to you. 

PRODUCT PROFILES

We aim to represent the products as accurately as possible in our photos. However please allow for slight colour variations of fabric in photos due to lighting. Please note that denim can have variations on every garment and every batch due to the denim mill washing process.

The Beau Hudson mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Beau Hudson (“Beau Hudson”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Beau Hudson’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Beau Hudson through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Beau Hudson. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to BEAUHUDSON or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Beau Hudson mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected on this website is solely used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing customer service.
