Terms

Once your order has been dispatched, Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Beau Hudson is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (Australia Post for Australian customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected on this website is solely used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing customer service. Under no circumstances will information ever be given or sold to a third party, nor will we ever record any billing details such as PayPal accounts. All financial transactions are handled by PayPal. SALES

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering.

Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All sale item purchases are final. We do not exchange, refund or store credit items purchased on sale.

Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.

Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe. 

If the sale requires a code and it is not entered we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed. 

If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale.

Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used.

Free shipping prices may change during a sale. 

Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale.

 

 

Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not exchange sale items. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange (or replace if your item is no longer available) including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the item following these conditions:

  1. The Item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.
  2. Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for will also be covered at your expense.
  3. The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
  4. Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
  5. Beau Hudson reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.

Changing Orders

We are not able to change any details on order forms. We cannot add quantities, change sizes or combine orders. This is due to the sheer volume of orders we are processing.
Your order will always be posted out within our usual time frame to ensure that it arrives ASAP to you, however, we can not guarantee the arrival date as once packages are with the postal system they are completely out of our control.

Postal Addresses

Please ensure you have listed the correct postal address before you checkout and pay. Once orders are submitted we cant not guarantee that any changes to postal address will be processed before your order ships. Please check every detail of your address before you complete your order. Once your order has been posted with the address you have listed, we accept no responsibility for packages being sent to the wrong address.

The postal system processes a high volume of packages all year round and especially during the holiday seasons, and while most orders arrive within the postal service time frame, some packages can be delayed. The weather can also delay packages. Both of these occurrences are completely out of our control. 

Unclaimed Packages

Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for unclaimed packages. If packages are unclaimed and are returned to us we are happy to repost it once the original package returns to us however the postage fee will be required to be paid. *Please note that international packages that are returned to us can take up to 8 weeks to arrive back to us. We will not issue a refund for these packages and do not accept any responsibility if they do not arrive back to us.

Australian packages that are unclaimed incur a pick up fee for us to claim them back off Australia Post (approx $7.20). This fee will be required to be paid as well as our flat rate postage fee of $5 before your package is resent to you. 

Shipping Timeframes

All Australian orders are sent via eParcel with Australia Post. Once your order has been despatched it can take up to 7 business days to arrive. If you would like to purchase express shipping. Please email us immediately after ordering with EXPRESS SHIPPING in the subject line and we will arrange your order to be shipped in the express post. Express Post is an extra $10 and a paypal invoice will be sent to you. Once that has been paid we will get your order in the express post the same business day.

Our maximum turn around time to get orders out is 10 business days however we only need to maximise this turn around time during a Sale or Restock when we receive a higher volume of orders.

Please only email us to checkup on your order status IF you have not received an email notification to say your package has been sent after the 10 business days. This allows us to concentrate on getting orders out as fast as possible.

Orders that contain presale items are subject to the Presale shipping timeframe that is listed on the product profile of each presale product.

 Photos

We aim to represent the products as accurately as possible in our photos. However please allow for slight colour variations of fabric in photos due to lighting.

 Codes 

If a code is required to be entered during a sale, and is not entered, we are not able to credit the difference. Please check carefully the code is entered correctly and comes off your order prior to checkout.
