Beau Bundle Offer
Effective 13 April, 2021: A "Beau Bundle" is identified as a product which has the "Beau Bundle" ribbon on the top right corner of the product image. An automatic 10% off only applies when 2 or more of the SAME "Beau Bundle" style is added to cart. Same style constitutes as same Product Name and Colour, and 2 or more applies to size (i.e 2 or more kids sizes, or 1 kid + 1 adults etc.). No code needed. Discount automatically applies at cart. Not valid on sale styles.

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering.
Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All final sale item purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizes on on sale items.
Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it.
Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.
Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe.
If the sale requires a code and it is not entered we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed.
If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale.
Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used.
Free shipping prices may change during a sale.
Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 7 day turn around to ship all orders following placement of your order during a sale.
Sale + End of season clearance items
Clearance items will stay on sale and may be further reduced until sold out, therefore we cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available, not all sizing is available in all products.
Refunds or exchanges are not available on clearance items.
No returns or exchanges on outlet items. They have been reduced to sell due to minor imperfections, which are noted on the specific product description for buyer awareness.
All items are still our amazing products, however as we aim to only deliver you the best quality we’ve become known for, if there is a minor flaw in any of our products, we won’t sell them at full price.
Discount & promotional codes
Please note that only one discount code per transaction can be accepted. Should a customer have a credit code wanting to be used in addition to a discount promotional code, please contact our customer service team at: email@example.com following your purchase for the credit amount to be refunded.
If a code is required to be entered during a sale, and is not entered, we are not able to credit the difference. Please check carefully the code is entered correctly and comes off your order prior to checkout.
If a code is not entered at the checkout we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed.
*Only one code can be used in any one transaction.
OH man! We hardly ever miss a little sneaky fault that can fly through under the radar. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 90 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Due to the sheer volume of orders we are processing we unfortunately are not able to change any details on order forms. We cannot add quantities, change sizes or combine orders. This allows us to keep to our shipping timeframe promises!
Please ensure you have listed the correct postal address before you checkout and pay. Once orders are submitted we cannot guarantee that any changes to postal address will be processed before your order ships. Please check every detail of your address before you complete your order. Once your order has been posted with the address you have listed, we accept no responsibility for packages being sent to the wrong address.
How long will my order take to ship?
When we are not in a sale period* or in a new product release period* we ship next business day! We use an EXPRESS service in Australia - Once shipped Australian orders will take 24-48hours to arrive to your door! Woo!
*PO BOXES and Parcel Lockers - Please note all parcels with a PO Box Address or a Parcel Locker address will be handed over to Australia Post and will come under their shipping timeframes. Please follow up with your local post office for the shipping timeframe in your local area.
For all our International customers your order will generally take 7-14 business days to arrive! Please allow for a couple of extra days during the holiday season.
International express customers will receiver their order within 2-5 business days.
****SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES**** - Due to the high amount of orders that we receive during a sale and new releases & collections our shipping timeframes change. Please allow a maximum of 10 days turn around to ship all orders.
We want nothing more than for you to receive your order ASAP and are always working with our postal companies to provide the best service possible to you! Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to packages once they are with the postal service as they are completely out of our control.
For our amazing international customers – if you think you’re package is taking a little longer than normal to arrive the fastest way to chase it up is by contacting your local postal office with your tracking details.
The postal system processes a high volume of packages all year round and especially during the holiday seasons, and while most orders arrive within the postal service time frame, some packages can be delayed. The weather can also delay packages. Both of these occurrences are completely out of our control.
All Australian orders are shipped with Star Track and are labelled with Authority To Leave this enables us to get your package to you as soon as possible. Star Track Couriers will leave your package in the safest place possible and this can be tracked by GPS. In the circumstance of there being no safe place to leave packages Star Track will leave a pick up slip in your letter box or under your door. Your package will be taken to your closest post office for you to collect.

*Free shipping applies to orders over $20 (orders under $20 are only heavily discounted items during a sale in which shipping would apply.)
Orders under AUD$20 incur a AUD$10 postage fee.
Once shipped Australian orders will take 24-48hours to arrive to your door!
We have FREE standard shipping available for all orders over AUD$99.
Orders under AUD$99 incur a AUD$15 postage fee.
We have EXPRESS shipping available for a flat fee of AUD$20.
Customs & duties
Please take into consideration the customs and duties taxes of your country that can be applied to your package in order for you to collect your package. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for unclaimed packages. If packages are unclaimed and are returned to us we are happy to repost it once the original package returns to us however the postage fee will be required to be paid. *Please note that international packages that are returned to us can take up to 8 weeks to arrive back to us. We will not issue a refund for these packages and do not accept any responsibility if they do not arrive back to us. Should you wish the package to be resent, there will be a postage and handling fee of AUD$20 payable before the package is resent to you.
Australian packages that are unclaimed incur a pick up fee for us to claim them back off Star Track of AUD$8.00. This fee will be required to be paid as well as our flat rate postage fee of AUD$10 before your package is resent to you.
We aim to represent the products as accurately as possible in our photos. However please allow for slight colour variations of fabric in photos due to lighting. Please note that denim can have variations on every garment and every batch due to the denim mill washing process.
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected on this website is solely used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing customer service. Under no circumstances will information ever be given or sold to a third party, nor will we ever record any billing details such as PayPal accounts.
